State Senator Larry Obhof and OCA President Chris Long discuss the need for Ohio election reform legislation and the growing problem of  voter fraud. OCA is working with other citizens groups to conduct a statewide citizens' audit of county boards of election to report on irregularities and voter fraud issues.  The findings of the citizens' audit will be released later this month.

Greg R. Lawson is the Statehouse Liaison and Policy Analyst at the Buckeye Institute.  Lawson graduated summa cum laude from Ohio State University in 2000 with a Major in Communications and a Minor in Economics.

State Representative Mike Dovilla of Ohio's 7th District, Chairman of the House Policy and Legislative Oversight Committee, held a special field hearing at the University of Cincinnati on July 25th. The subject of the hearing was the recent IRS scandal concerning targeting of TEA Party and religious organizations. OCA President Chris Long interviews Rep. Dovilla on the purpose of the committee's hearing and on House Resolution 27 that addresses the concerns regarding the targeting of certain Ohio groups by the IRS.

Jason Dominguez has served as the Assistant Director and Chief of Staff of the Ohio Department of Veterans Services since February 1, 2011. Jason is a two-time graduate of the Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Masters of Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business.

In 2005, Jason deployed to al-Anbar Provence, Iraq with Lima Company, 3rd Battalion, 25th Marines. While part of Lima Company, he led his Marines through 12 major
combat operations and 73 combat and security patrols. During the deployment, twenty-two Marines and one Navy Corpsman made the ultimate sacrifice while fifty-nine were awarded the Purple Heart.
