On his 47th stop across the nation, Franklin Graham, son of Billy Graham, rallied God's faithful to pray, confess personal sins, and pray corporately for America, as we are in times of trouble.
Thursday, October 6th, an estimated crowd of nearly 9,000 participants came by bus, car, minivan - to gather on the lawn of the Ohio Statehouse at noon to pray, worship, and interceded for the State of Ohio, the upcoming election, and for our country. Franklin Graham began earlier this year with a quest to stop at each of the 50 state capitals, calling on God's people to pray and intercede for America. OCA President Chris Long stated, "It was a wonderful event, full of confession, intercession, humility, and a profound sense of hope that if God's people truly grab hold of the horns of the altar of heaven and pray, God will grant us mercy in these days. With 31 days to the November 8th Election (current), there is a call for God's people to fast and pray and to remain in a spirit of prayer throughout this season."
