I, the undersigned, urge you, as members of the Ohio General Assembly, to support the Joint Resolution urging the United States Congress to NOT PASS the FOCA (Freedom of Choice Act).
 
As an Ohioan who supports the right to life, FOCA would tread upon my rights as a citizen to speak up for the defense of the unborn, undermine Ohio's existing restrictions on abortion and preclude Ohio from passing any further common sense restrictions and regulations on abortion.
