Unconstitutional Legal experts believe the amendment inappropri-ately places legislative appointment authority to the judiciary. Our judges must remain free of politi-cal influence.
Untested & Unacceptable The amendment would add a permanent, untested process into Ohio’s Constitution, which would be almost impossible to repeal or change.
Arbitrary and unfair eligibility rules disqualify mil-lions of Ohioans from serving on the Commission.
