Protection Act, HB 268, sponsored by State Rep Nino Vitale.  Rep Vitale is currently encouraging his fellow House members to support

the bill. It is currently in the Community and Family Advancement Committee, chaired by Rep Derickson and vice-chair Rep Ginter.  The

bill has enough votes in committee to vote it out. Speaker Rosenberger wants assurances that there are enough votes in the House to
