OCA Statement on CNN Reporter Jim Acosta's Actions at the White House Press Briefing

Jim Acosta lied about his actions today. This picture clearly demonstrates that he was grabbing the microphone and put his hand on the young intern, pushing her away. This action is wholly unacceptable for any member of the press corp that is invited to the White House to participate in a press briefing. His combative nature and lack of proper decorum repeatedly has demonstrated that, in our opinion, his credentials should be permanently stripped. CNN needs to find a new White House correspondent and issue an apology to the young intern and to the Administration.
