Long-time friend of the Ohio Christian Alliance, Bill will be awarded the 2014 Freedom Award from the OCA board of directors for his outstanding work nationally in teaching America's godly heritage and history.  In addition, there will be special recognition of Bill's involvement with the WWII Memorial Prayer Act!
