One -  OCA President Chris Long meets with Executive Director of Friends of The WWII National Memorial and members of the U.S. Parks Service to discuss placerment of FDR's D-Day Landing Prayer at the WWII Memorial.  S1044 The WWII Memorial Prayer Act passed Congress and was signed into law on June 30, 2014.  Phase II is working with the National Parks Service for its design and placement.  We will keep you updated on further developments.
